Dear Senator:
The entire fate and future of the United States of America hangs in the balance in regard to an actual controversy; namely: my family’s case.
In summary, my family’s case is as follows: Commencing and continuing contiguously from at least as far back as September 11, 1986, the governing bodies of the United States of America, top to bottom, across the board, federal, state, local, and their reciprocal benefactors aiders and abettors, have held my parents Ruth Elvada Denniston Blevins (August 31, 1923 – January 11, 1997) and Robert Frank Blevins (March 13, 1925 – November 10, 2011) and theirs, including me Kimberly Ann Blevins (April 17, 1956 – ) and mine, including Josiah Robert Fornof (July 17, 1980 – ) and others, under reign of genocide and treason. The death of each of my parents confirmed that each had been murdered by said governing bodies et al.
This is not a partisan matter, but is a matter of lawful/unlawful The timeline from September 11, 1986 to date represents an almost even distribution: about 196 months of Republican rule, and 192 of Democratic rule so far.
During said time frame, my family and I have suffered and continue to suffer from the effects of a vast array of crimes committed against us, all with impunity and immunity including but in no manner limited to the following:
Genocide, which is prosecutable under 18 U.S. Code § 1091 – Genocide. Other laws may or may not apply.
Treason, which is the only crime mentioned in the Constitution of the United States, and as described therein requires two witnesses: we have many more than that. Treason is prosecutable under U.S. Code including: 18 U.S. Code § 2381- Treason. Other laws may also apply.
There are also now the matters of: misprision of felony; misprision of genocide; misprision of treason, and more.
All of the aforesaid, of course, means that said governing bodies and others are inescapably in breach of contract against my parents and theirs, against me and mine and others.
Whoever takes over the reigns of U.S. Attorney General must be able to address the full scope of the aforesaid lawfully.
Concerning the nomination of Senator Jeff Sessions, specifically, following is an interaction that I had about these very matters with Senator Sessions via his then-chief-of-staff Armand DeKeyser:

Nearly 13 years have passed since then. Does Senator Jeff Sessions believe, as the aforesaid indicates, that my family’s plight, which since then has worsened immeasurably, is “gobbleygook”? As part of the confirmation process, he must be given the opportunity to answer that question.
Know this, there are two factions at work:
1.) Those who rule by genocide and who consent to be ruled by genocide.
2.) Those who do not rule by genocide, neither do they consent to be so ruled, by genocide.
Which side is Senator Sessions on? Which side are you on?
In closing, I direct you to the final page of my father Robert Frank Blevins’ letter dated December 7, 1997 to the U.S. Department of Justice:
Those pages are now yellowed with age, the pages of our copy that is. The aforementioned governing bodies have a decades-long, systematic practice of scrubbing evidence of their genocide against us from the public record, so you should see if the DOJ still has my father’s letter on file. We certainly have distributed it widely apart from that submission, widely enough that we should have gotten a lawful response from someone long before now.
My parents both fought the good fight to the end, searching and appealing for redress that they never lived to see. The United States governing bodies, top to bottom, across the board, federal, state, local, in the wake of having murdered my parents and in the process of murdering certain of their survivors, continue to come unlawfully, lawlessly against us with no end in sight.
In order to do right by the people of the United States of America, you must do right by my parents and theirs. The next U.S. Attorney General will be in a position to immeasurably further harm us, as have the previous ones under the previous administration, or to help us. Everyone, every man, woman, and child, has an interest in that outcome; therefore, act wisely, judiciously.
My family’s case is not going away as long as we have breath to continue to stand against wrongdoing, tyranny, oppression. I refer each one who reads this to the web site of my son Josiah Robert Fornof (www.josiahrobertfornof.com) including but not limited to the correspondence referenced below.
