In just a few weeks, Josiah Robert Fornof is due to be released from prison, having been unlawfully held in federal custody since August 19, 2010. Below are some of the latest efforts he is making to resolve all relevant matters lawfully and peacefully.
A few days before those were sent, I sent out a set of the letters above on behalf of Josiah. My cover letter to Officer Collins explains why I did so.
Obviously, a timely delivery was of the essence of the matter of that letter, and I paid for that service by sending that letter via Priority Mail, with an Expected Delivery by Monday, March 11, 2019. My home in Hudson, Florida is about an hour away from Tampa, Florida, yet my letter to Officer Collins went by way of Nashua, New Hampshire.
If such as that was an outlier, that would be one thing, but my family and I have seen such with our mail now repeatedly, for decades upon decades!
