In the Hands of the Grand Jury

Recently, Josiah received a letter from the Office of Information Policy (OIP) denying his FOIA request for records. The OIP is the top administrative authority governing release of records. In the letter, OIP cited a 6c exemption based on the records requested being grand jury material.

Josiah’s attention was drawn to that part of the letter after seeing news reports about the same one being applied to the Mueller Report.

In looking for information for this brief blog post, I stumbled across an online publication: LAWFARE (https://www.lawfareblog.com/) a title that made me think of warfare waged in courtrooms through countering law with law. When I returned to the site, I noticed the byline, “Hard National Security Choices,” which evoked a different view. Continue reading “In the Hands of the Grand Jury”

Obligation to Oppose Tyranny

“My homing stone is simple: no one was ever created to do wrong with impunity. Such is the harmony strength and support of all worthwhile endeavor whether it be family friend fraternity courtship community state or global. . . .”

Those are the words of my late grandfather Robert Frank Blevins (March 13, 1925-November 10, 2011) on the first page of some 40 pages of his letter dated December 7, 1997 to the United States Department of Justice. His wife of more than 50 years, my grandmother Ruth Elvada Denniston Blevins (August 31, 1923-January 11, 1997) had passed away less than a year prior, having been murdered as part of the reign of genocide against my grandparents and theirs commencing and continuing contiguously from at least as far back as September 11, 1986.

The mantle has passed to me to bear witness against said genocide and, Lord willing (and He is most willing!) to stop it in its tracks. This web site has been established for the aforesaid purpose and in honor of my grandmother’s dying directive:

I want you to see that they get what’s coming to them for what they have done to me!  In regard to which my grandfather replied: “So speak I. Tyranny succeeds in direct proportion to the do-nothingness of the citizenry. We were but two, I am but one. So we were committed, so I continue in this matter against wrongdoing tyranny oppression.”

Wrongdoing, tyranny oppression

Key documentation pending at this time is my Freedom of Information Act Appeal dated November 17, 2015; it is a “must read” along with my grandfather’s above-referenced letter.

The contact form below is provided so that you can let me know what you have done, are doing, and will yet do to help my family and me. The stark reality is that if you are not helping to stop the aforesaid genocide against us, then you are one of the ones committing it against us and others.
